Description: Description: State v. PP (CR2007-132102) Unlawful Flight: Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on PP and state PP fled from that at a high rate of speed. Officer then went to police station and pulled MVD photo. Officer then went to registered owner’s home and alleged that he recognized one of the residents as the person that fled from him. After setting the matter to trial and filing an identification motion, the State agreed to dismiss charges.
