Description: Pinal County Superior Court: JV was alleged to have violated the terms of her probation, after allegedly not participating in her treatment and counseling help, having contact with law enforcement and continuing to allegedly use illegal drugs. The Probation Department was recommending JV be revoked to prison. Ms. Castillo was able to reinstate JV to probation.
