Description: Phoenix Municipal Court: SY was alleged to have committed Disorderly Conduct, after being involved in an altercation at the airport. If found guilty, SY would have been required to pay a fine and would have had a criminal conviction on his clean record. Mr. Cronin secured a Diversion plea offer, which meant that after completion of a class, SY’s case was dismissed.
