Description: Peoria Municipal Court: MM was alleged to have committed two counts of Assault, after police were called to his house for suspicion of alleged domestic violence. If found guilty, MM would have been required to serve jail time, complete classes, and pay a fine. MM maintained his innocence throughout the pretrial litigation of his case. Mr. Cronin proceeded to trial with MM’s case and both counts of Assault were dismissed.
