Description: Phoenix Municipal Court: RF was alleged to have committed Shoplifting, after being apprehended outside of a Safeway. Upon written request to the State for a better plea offer, Mr. Cronin secured a Diversion plea offer, which means RF’s case was dismissed after he completed Shoplifting Classes. This prevented RF from having Shoplifting on his record, and he was able to keep his job.
