Description: Glendale Municipal Court: AB was alleged to have committed Shoplifting after being apprehended at a Macy’s in 2010. After a thorough investigation, Mr. Cronin argued that, due to the lack of witness memory of the alleged offense, it was difficult if not impossible to prove AB’s guilt. Further, the exact value of the alleged taken property was unknown and could not have been known.  Upon written request to the State for a better plea offer, Mr. Cronin secured a Criminal Trespass plea offer.
