Description: Tempe Municipal Court: Mr. P, and ASU grad student, was alleged to have been driving under the influence after he was stopped by Tempe Police. If found guilty, Mr. P would have been required to serve some jail time, pay a fine, complete classes. Mr. P’s blood alcohol content was .127 and .116. Mr. Goebel represented Mr. P at his jury trial and secured a complete acquittal.
