Description: Forgery and Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices – State v. Mr. M. Maricopa County (CR2012-009404-002):  A plea agreement was signed after Ms. Castillo filed a motion to dismiss for no probable cause on the officer’s search warrant for obtaining bank account information. The State offered a chance to obtain a misdemeanor at sentencing. Mr. M pled to attempted hindering of prosecution, a much lesser charge, and was granted a misdemeanor at sentencing.
