Description: Description: State v. M. Phoenix Municipal Court (M-0741-4603008) M was on way to work when another car appeared to be deliberately attempting to hit M’s car. Eventually there appeared to be a bump and M continued believing this was a set up. The other car contacted police and M was charged with failing to stop at scene of accident. After writing a deviation letter requesting a lesser non criminal offense, the State offered M to plead responsible to a civil violation.
