Description: Encanto Justice Court, State of Arizona v. B.S., B.S. originally charged for a damaged windshield and subsequently driving on a suspended out of state license. Through a series of events, B.S. missed a court date and was defaulted on the windshield charge and issued a warrant on the driving with a suspended license. B.S. retained Castillo Law to handle the matter. Castillo Law was able to vacate all defaults, quash the warrant, and get all charges dismissed.
