Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. L.  Mr. L. was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault, a Class 3 Dangerous Felony and four counts of Endangerment, Class 6 Dangerous Felonies. Mr. L was accused of causing a serious injury traffic collision with a motorcycle while under the influence. If convicted at trial, Mr. L. was facing mandatory prison time. Ms. Castillo filed pretrial motions and just prior to the Evidentiary Hearing, the State filed a Motion to Dismiss.
