Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. C.  Mr. C. was charged with two counts of Fraud Schemes, Class 2 Felonies, and two counts of Theft, Class 6 Felonies. Mr. C. had one alleged historical prior, and if convicted at trial Mr .C was facing mandatory prison time. Ms. Castillo was able to negotiate a probation outcome with an agreement to pay restitution up front.
