Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. K. Mr. K was accused of two counts of Aggravated Assault, Class 4 Felonies and a Domestic Violence offense for breaking the nose and teeth of a family member. If convicted at trial Mr. K was facing a permanent felony conviction and possible jail or prison time. After an investigation and a deviation letter was sent to the State by Ms. Castillo, Mr. K was offered a Plea Agreement to a single count of Assault, a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
