Description: Maricopa County, Mr. A was accused of leaving scene of motor vehicle accident.  At trial, Mr. Cronin was able to persuade the judge that Mr. A did not unsafely operate his vehicle nor did he leave the scene of a motor vehicle accident.  The judge agreed and found Mr. A not guilty as to leaving the scene and also not responsible for unsafely operating a motor vehicle.
