Awesome Results and Follow Up!!!
Review: I was very fortunate to have been referred to Cindy and her team for a DUI case that turned out better than expected. My DUI charge was negotiated down to a reckless driving and I spent zero time in jail other that the 2-3 hours at the station after the traffic stop. A few of items worth noting:
1. Cindy always made herself available to me and answered her phone on most occasions. If she didn’t answer her phone, my call was returned promptly.
2. If Cindy was unable to attend one of my lower profile appearances at the court, I was always greeted by her partner Bill Cronin who I have the highest regard for. His knowledge, experience and patience are (based on my experience) on par with Cindy. This was very important piece of the equation for me and worth noting as my expectations were exceeded.
3. The follow up has been nothing short of exceptional. Cindy and her team didn’t stop working after the case was completed, they continued to work to make sure my probation was dropped (about two weeks after my settlement) and I received notification today that my Admin Per Se has been expunged from the MVD. Impressive to say the least.
If you are in the situation I was in, trying to decide whether to spend the money on an Atty or go it alone or maybe you know you need an Atty I would highly recommenced interviewing Cindy Castillo.
