Jose Montano is a graduate of Arizona State University with honors and the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Montano is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, admitted to practice in Arizona, the United States Federal Court of Arizona and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Montano practices in the areas of criminal defense, bankruptcy and Immigration. Mr. Montano has successfully defended numerous "high profile" defendants in criminal cases involving white collar crimes and drug related offenses. Additionally, Mr. Montano is recognized as a top Immigration Attorney in Arizona. He has dedicated a large portion of his practice to helping immigrants from around the world in their time of need. Mr. Montano and his staff have successfully represented many clients in Bond Hearings to obtain their release from custody and in other proceedings to help them achieve their dream to live in the United States of America.
