Description: Pinal County, State v. Mr. T. Mr. T was accused of Aggravated Assault, a Class 4 Felony and a Domestic Violence offense and Assault a Class 1 Misdemeanor and a Domestic Violence for allegedly choking and punching a family member. If convicted at trial Mr. T was facing possible jail or prison time, a permanent felony conviction, and a domestic violence conviction. After an investigation and a deviation letter was sent to the State by Mr. Goebel, Mr. T was offered a Plea Agreement to a single count of Assault, a Class 1 Misdemeanor (not a domestic violence offense). Just twelve months of unsupervised Probation was granted ordered with no jail time.
