Description: Tempe Municipal Court: Mr. C was alleged to have committed one count of Assault, after allegedly exiting his car and slapping another driver in the face. If found guilty Mr. C may have been required to serve jail time, complete classes, and pay a fine. Mr. Goebel negotiated a diversion program which upon completion will result in a dismissal of all charges.
