Description:Gilbert Municipal Court: EH was alleged to have committed one count of Assault, one count of Disorderly Conduct, and one count of Criminal Damage (all domestic violence offenses) after police were called to her house for suspicion of an alleged domestic violence incident. If found guilty, EH could have faced jail time, a mandatory domestic violence program, and pay a fine. Our attorneys negotiated a plea to a domestic violence diversion program which upon completion will result in a dismissal of all charges.
