Description: Description: State v. A. (CR2013-456408) Unlawful Flight/Reckless Driving: Officers allege they attempted to stop A who was riding a mini-bike. State at preliminary hearing asked that A plead to undesignated felony. A chose to exercise his right to a preliminary hearing. The State then went to Grand Jury and A asked to testify before Grand Jury. Grand Jury accepted A’s request. No true bill resulted.
