Description: Maricopa County Superior Court (CR2014-141403): After being charged with two counts of Child Prostitution, the State alleged that JM stalked his victims from the Child Prostitution case by contacting and threatening them over the phone. JM was still pending charges on Child Prostitution. JM was given a no-agreements plea on the Stalking charges after Castillo Law provided mitigating evidence including medical evidence and veteran status. At sentencing and after argument provided by both sides, the Judge sentenced JM to probation, and agreed to give JM credit for time served.
