Description: DUI Dismissed (Phoenix Municipal Court Case No.:  M-0741-3308774).  Mr. L. exited the driveway of one of his rental properties onto the street.  At the same time, an Officer coming around the corner observed Mr. L. stopped in the middle of the street and then followed him as he made a turn on the next street.  The officer stopped Mr. L. for failure to signal for 100’ feet prior to his turn.  Ms. Castillo argued a motion to suppress the evidence given the officer did not have reasonable suspicion for the stop.  The trial court agreed with Ms. Castillo and dismissed Mr. L.’s charges.
